Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or monk fruit
- 2 tbsp brewed espresso, cooled
Method
- 1Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until silky.
- 2Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- 3Spoon into glasses and chill at least 2 hours.
- 4Top with fresh fruit or cacao nibs before serving.
