Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or monk fruit
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered

Method

  1. 1Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until silky.
  2. 2Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  3. 3Spoon into glasses and chill at least 2 hours.
  4. 4Top with fresh fruit or cacao nibs before serving.
