  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or monk fruit
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp date syrup

Method
