Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • Pulp of 2 passion fruits

Method

  1. 1Freeze the main fruit on a tray for at least 4 hours.
  2. 2Blend frozen fruit with milk and sweetener until creamy.
  3. 3Add flavor add-ins and pulse to combine.
  4. 4Serve immediately for soft-serve, or freeze 2 hours for scoopable.
